Umeå School of Architecture (UMA) is a department of Umeå University and was founded in 2009. Its programme of architecture is highly valued and the graduates have excellent qualifications to work in different architectural firms or become an entrepreneur. The school is located on the international and diverse Umeå Arts Campus, where students come from all over the world. UMA has an ambitious goal to grow into an “international laboratory of experimental architectural development” with a strong focus on sustainable development.
Over 90% of the students of our portfolio course have been admitted to the school of art, design or architecture of their choice by 2021
